We built the room we couldn't find.

Wall Street Women started because the room didn't exist. There was no space where women across corporate America could connect with each other honestly, share what was actually working, and build the kind of relationships that move careers forward. Not a networking event where you exchange business cards and forget each other by Monday. A real room. With real women. Having real conversations.
So we built it. What started as a small group of professionals comparing notes has grown into a private community that spans industries, cities, and career stages. We have women in investment banking, private equity, asset management, corporate finance, consulting, tech, law, and everything in between. Some are just getting started. Some are running the show. All of them are here because they want to be surrounded by women who take their careers as seriously as they do.
This is not a feel-good community that posts motivational quotes and calls it a day. WSW is built around substance. Our members get structured mentorship matches, networking events in cities across the country and internationally, weekly Zoom calls, monthly challenges, one-on-one coaching, and a full library of resources that includes case studies, Excel deep-dives, AI workflows, resume templates, and Tip Tuesday drops every single week. Everything is designed to give you tools you can use immediately.

Gabi, founder of Wall Street Edge, walks through “Tell me about yourself,” “Why this role?” and “Why this company?” so the answers sound specific rather than rehearsed, whether you are recruiting now or quietly planning the next move.

Jess is a headhunter who works in private equity, investment banking, and finance search across London and the U.S., with nearly fifteen years in the market and her own firm. She will tell you what actually happens to your resume when it lands on a recruiter’s desk and how to sell the version of yourself that gets a callback.

Ashley Russo is a financial advisor who built a practice around making the language of money usable, especially for women who are excellent at their jobs and still under-advised on their own balance sheets. This working session is about taking control of the plan rather than sitting through a lecture on being “better with money.”

A live workshop on the floor at Nordstrom with ProjectBee, covering how you walk in, what you wear to the room you want next, and the difference between looking expensive and looking like you belong there.
