Wall Street Women is a members-only community for women in corporate America and the women who want to speak its language. Mentorship, networking, education, and a room full of women who actually get it.

Everything inside WSW is built for women who are serious about their careers and serious about lifting other women up while they climb. Here is what your membership actually looks like.
You get matched with a mentor or a peer who is in your track, your industry, or one step ahead of where you are trying to go. Not random. Not algorithmic. Intentional.
Dinners, rooftops, coffees, and after-work gatherings in cities across the country and internationally. You will know at least one person in the room before you walk in.
Every Sunday we get on a call together. Low pressure, high value. You bring what is on your mind that week and the room helps you work through it.
Women who have done the thing you are trying to do, sitting down and telling you exactly how they did it. CFOs, partners, founders, and senior leaders who do not sugarcoat.
Every month there is a new challenge designed to push you forward professionally. Complete it and you are in the running for real prizes. It keeps things fun and it keeps things moving.
Need personalized guidance on your resume, your next career move, or how to negotiate an offer? You get direct access to coaching sessions built around your situation.
We show up for each other and for our communities. WSW organizes group volunteer opportunities so you can give back alongside women who share your values.
Case studies with full solutions, resume templates, detailed Excel formulas and functions, and AI prompts that actually streamline your work and your life. All built by women who use this stuff daily.
Every Tuesday you get new material covering everything from interview prep to advanced Excel to cutting-edge AI tools you can implement in your career that same week. Practical, specific, no fluff.
Wall Street Women started because the room didn't exist. There was no space where women across corporate America could connect with each other honestly, share what was actually working, and build the kind of relationships that move careers forward. Not a networking event where you exchange business cards and forget each other by Monday. A real room. With real women. Having real conversations.
So we built it. What started as a small group of professionals comparing notes has grown into a private community that spans industries, cities, and career stages. We have women in investment banking, private equity, asset management, corporate finance, consulting, tech, law, and everything in between. Some are just getting started. Some are running the show. All of them are here because they want to be surrounded by women who take their careers as seriously as they do.
This is not a feel-good community that posts motivational quotes and calls it a day. WSW is built around substance. Our members get structured mentorship matches, networking events in cities across the country and internationally, weekly Zoom calls, monthly challenges, one-on-one coaching, and a full library of resources that includes case studies, Excel deep-dives, AI workflows, resume templates, and Tip Tuesday drops every single week. Everything is designed to give you tools you can use immediately.
We are finance-heavy by DNA but corporate-wide by design. If you are a woman who wants to be excellent at what you do and wants to be in a room with other women who feel the same way, this is your community. Just the room you have been looking for.

Hannah graduated from Rice University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in business, completing her undergraduate degree in three years as a student-athlete. She returned to Rice for a Master's in Accounting, graduating in 2021.
She spent the next several years building her career in finance through 2026, where she saw first-hand the gap that Wall Street Women was built to close. Hannah founded Wall Street Wardrobe in early 2025 and launched Wall Street Women shortly after.

Vivian graduated from Texas A&M University in 2026 with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a minor in business. As COO, she helps run the operations behind the scenes.
Vivian is the right person to reach for partnerships, press, and member experience inquiries.
